While inventory is still high across Brevard, TORTOISE ISLAND saw a 50% drop in inventory during Q3, with prices remaining stable! We went from 15 Active listings down to 7. This is great news for sellers and sends an alarming signal to buyers who have been sitting the fence, waiting for significant price drops. Interest rates saw the largest reduction in over 2 years and are sitting at 6.25% - down from a high of 7.80% in the Spring.
